The ranks are; Grunt, Ravager, WarDar, WarLeader, Chieftain, Shaman, and Warlord.
Tribesmen & War Host
In tribes their may be unofficial members of the Uruk-hai called Tribesmen & Warhost.
A tribesmen is a tribesman or tribeswoman who belongs to a tribe of the Uruk-hai but does not have any standing in the Uruk-hai. While they are not considered members they are considered affiliated by their tribes association with the Uruk-hai. Tribesman are expected to carry themselves as if they are representing the whole unit, even though they may not wear the ork skull totem of the Uruk-hai they are expected to wear their tribes totem.
A Warhost is the leader of an unofficial tribe or expansion tribe of the Uruk-hai. They are expected to move on directly to WarLeader when they are promoted to Ravager, and may eventually become Chieftains.
Grunt
Grunts are the initiate member of the Uruk-hai. They have received the units blessing to be an official, but not full member of the Uruk-hai. They are allowed to wear the ork skull totem of the Uruk-hai; on their equipment and garb, but not on their chest armor. Grunts should be actively working towards completing unit awards so they can qualify for Ravager.
Ravager
The full member of the Uruk-hai is the Ravager. They have been an active member of the unit for 1 full year, obtained 20 unit awards, and gained the units approval as a full member. Ravager armor, the type of armor worn by full members gets it’s name from this rank. The deep green armor is denoted by the bulk head inset belly plate, segmented body, and white ork skull totem chest plate.
WarDar
Ravagers that stay active for 3 years and go above and beyond the call of duty completing 40 of the unit awards are promoted to WarDar. WarDar Armor is Black armor with a Red Ork skull and red accents. They are the fiercest and most legendary rank of the Uruk-hai.
WarLeader
When looking out accross the field you should be able to point out WarLeaders quite readily, they wear an Asian back flag with the Uruk-hai ork skull totem. They serve as special rally points for the unit and are expected to be field commanders for the troops.
Chieftain
Each tribe in the Uruk-hai has one distinct leader, this leader we call chieftain. Fiercer and cleverer then those he leads the chieftain has to manage a tribe politically, and physically, because of this they are allowed to wear the coveted Black armor with white accents, and can often times be seen wearing a back flag as well.
Shaman
Retired officers of the Uruk-hai who wish to remain in good standing are promoted to reserves with the title Shaman.
WarLord
The WarLord of the Uruk-hai is the undisputed leader of the Uruk-hai in his region. He is the only Uruk-hai that may wear red armor.
