The Eastern Uruk-hai is a Unit in the Belegarth Medieval Combat Society. We are a hard hitting organized group of fighters, know for our specialized  look of armor and our use of tactics on the battlefield.

The origins of our name are from Tolken, but we do no re-create tolken’s Uruk-hai from the books or movies. We are sometimes refereed to as ‘orks’ we do not paint ourselves green, wear prosthetic,  or run around smelling bad. We are however known for wearing green armor and ferocious helmets. The Uruk-hai wishes to be feared and respected on the battlefield and we believe that the idea of ‘Orks’ is in line with that level of intimidation that we wish to visually & mentally  portray.

The Uruk-hai was initially founded by the Great Warlord V-hil, But has since expanded  and is now divided into 2 sects, the Western Uruk-hai lead by Warlord Forkbeard, and the Eastern Uruk-hai lead by Warlord Cairbre Madog. Each sect is divided into tribes, by geographic location. Each tribe hosts a Chieftain who is the local level commander.
